Our process is pretty simple (after all, we’ve had plenty of time to improve it over all these years).

We’ll talk about your home and the kind of project you’re interested in. If it’s something we can build for you, we’ll set an appointment to come out.
On the appointment, we’ll go over in more detail what you’re looking for, offer some insight, and take measurements of the space.
With the measurements, we’ll create a custom CAD design for you. We schedule a 2nd appointment with you to discuss.
On the 2nd appointment, we discuss the design, how we work, and determine whether to schedule the construction.
Please know that because the applications and work we put into it, we charge for the designs (the designs are yours). If you decide to move forward on building the deck or outdoor space with us, then we’ll waive the charge.
