Here are some pics of a recent project we finished right here in Athens. This customer was a referral from a customer who lived across the street (thank you to all our customers who spread the word!). The owner had a general idea of what he wanted, but needed some design help. All projects come with their own quirks. Positioning this porch and deck structure appropriately was important.

Tailored-Wood was used for the main structure. Then for the ceiling and accents within the porch, Western Cedar was used. This really gave the structure a beautiful look and feel. Dark stain was added afterwards.

The owner is very happy with his new outdoor space and can’t wait to entertain. We really like jobs like this. One might think this is a smaller job. But with all of the materials and extras (including building permits, etc), this project came in at around $20k. We’re confident he’ll not only enjoy this space as a natural extension of the house, but his home value will increase accordingly. We’ll do jobs like this all day long.
